Beat Mallyx last week, your hint worked. This is how I made it (in NM):

DwG (me, as war)
SH Ele with ward against elements
Hybrid SoS heal
ST Rit
Ineptude
Panic Hero
Necro Healer
MM w/2 prot skills

Me and 3 of them got gaze of fury to deal with that pesky spirits. Deactived all enchants and hexes on heroes b4 entering the room (except Walstrel's Worry, that works like a charm on him). Flagged them at the top of the stairs, called the popups on sight. Mallyx went down so fast that I was like "What!? over already?". Didnt use cons or summoning stones. Almost no deaths.
